Let’s start by saying I have no idea why this is called “Million Dollar Spaghetti”. What I do know is that Dude requested spaghetti for dinner but also I had a block of cream cheese hanging out in the fridge needing to be used so I was wondering what I could do with it and bam - million dollar spaghetti.
Were the kids thrilled with this one? No.
Would it have been a bit better if the cream cheese were mixed in the noodles? Maybe, yet it was easily done once served, so it didn’t bother me.
Was it delicious? Definite yes, even though the teens were being weird and picky.
This is a great option if you’d like something a bit different than the standard spaghetti and meatballs…especially if you have some cream cheese that needs using!
