This week’s Sunday Funday is all about cucumbers.
We love cucumbers around here, but usually just eat them plain or with a little salt. So I decided to take our plain cucumbers and fancy them up into rosettes!
They are so cute and fun (and easy!) A fun way to jazz up a salad and celebrate the cucumber!

Cucumber Rosettes
1 English Cucumber
Use a peeler to peel the cucumber the long way, taking long peels off the same spot. Roll the thin cucumber pieces into a rosette shape. Use to garnish charcuterie boards or salads.
A nice way to serve cucumber and a good way to keep kids busy.
