I am so excited for grilling! This has been the longest winter! My grill spends a lot of the year under a snow drift so it is always exciting to brea it out again!
This year, I’m kicking things off with a delicious, flavorful marinated pork chop! So delicious and the perfect way to kick off grilling season!

Old Bay Pork Chops
¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon water
1 ½ tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
½ teaspoon dried minced garlic
½ teaspoon dried minced onion
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 ½ pound pork chops
Whisk together the marinade ingredients. Place the pork chops in a zipper bag and pour the marinade over top. Marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook the pork chops over indirect heat until cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
I am always happy when grilling season arrives too.
