School is right around the corner, which means it’s time to fill those lunchboxes with healthy options!
I love these muffins for so many reasons. First, they’re hearty, filling, and have fruit (applesauce) in them. I like them even better for their versatility.
These muffins make a great breakfast, lunch, or snack. As a lunch or breakfast, I would pair them with fruits or veggies for a more complete meal. Either way, these muffins are tasty and will keep kids powered through the school day!

ReplyDeleteOh my, love anything with apple and cinnamon. I usually don't like eating apples on their own but give them to me in a dessert and I'm the happiest. Will be trying out this recipe soon.
