Last week, both of my boys got
colds. Not a big deal, but it meant that
the housework was neglected and I had very little time for meal preparation,
since I was soothing runny noses and giving lots of cuddles.
On days like these quick, easy, and kid
friendly rule. Made in less than 30
minutes, these mini pizzas were a hit.

Notes:
*Add
as many or few toppings as you’d like or let each family member customize a few
mini pizzas.
*These would also make an excellent appetizer on game day!
