Pancake Spaghetti

Happy almost April Fools Day.

Ok, let’s be honest, today's recipe won’t actually fool anyone, unless you write it on the weekly menu.  But it is still super fun.

I mean, it’s little pancake noodles.  They’re so weird and fun!

Even the teens appreciated this one!

Spaghetti Pancakes

1 recipe Homemade Fluffy Buttermilk Pancake Batter

1 recipe mixed berry sauce

Make the pancakes to recipe instructions.  Heat an electric skillet to medium heat and add butter to grease the skillet.  Load the pancake batter into a piping page and drizzle the batter over the skillet.  Cook and flip as able.  Serve with a side of meatball (breakfast sausage) and Berry Sauce.
