Gingerbread Mule

 

Sunday Funday is here with holiday cheer!  I decided to take one of my favorite holiday flavors (gingerbread) and make it into a cocktail.



You guys.  This one was amazing.  There are so many warm, spicy flavors in here melding together!  This will be a holiday go-to!

Gingerbread Mule


½ ounce gingerbread syrup

2 ounces spiced rum

3.25 ounces ginger beer

Ice


Pour the gingerbread syrup, rum, and ginger beer into a cup and lightly stir.  Top with ice and serve with a gingerbread cookie garnish.
