Walk down the aisle at the liquor store and there are an abundance of flavored liqueurs and vodkas.
I recently learned about cucumber vodka, but then had trouble finding it locally, so I decided to make my own! After all, I’ve dabbled with infused vodkas in the past, making both lemon and strawberry infused vodkas!
To take it up another notch, I also added a little muddled rosemary, because I love adding a kick of herbs in unexpected places! Stay tuned...a delicious cocktail recipe with this infusion is coming up next!
Cucumber Rosemary Infused Vodka
¾ cup vodka
1 sprig rosemary, minced
4-inch piece of cucumber, seeded and diced
Muddle the rosemary in the bottom of a jar. Add the cucumber and vodka. Set aside to infuse for 2-5 hours for a mildly infused vodka, overnight (or longer) for a stronger flavor, before using.
