Ham & Swiss Stromboli is a quick weeknight recipe!
Since I’m now working full time, I’m all about the quick
& easy weekday meals!
And also just got suckered in to buying one of those
ginormous packs of deli ham from Sam’s Club and we can never finish it fast
enough!
So, I was in need of something fast and that also used up a
lot of ham.
Not only is this meal quick (thanks to the crescent rolls),
but it’s also super flavorful and delicious (and uses up all that superfluous
deli ham!)
Recipe Note:
Use prepared honey mustard or a mixture of 2 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp honey, a dash of white wine vinegar & a dash of olive oil.
Easy Ham &
Swiss Stromboli
1 can crescent rolls
Honey mustard dressing (see note)
8 slices (about 4 oz) deli ham
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet
with parchment or a silicone mat.
Divide the crescent rolls into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle, short ends
slightly overlapping and points facing out (it will look like a sun with a 3-5
in circle in the center). Press the
center edges together.
Brush half of each triangle with the prepared honey mustard
dressing. Place the ham slices over the
dressing, followed by the cheese.
Carefully wrap the tips of the triangles toward the center and press to
seal.
Sprinkle the garlic powder, followed by the parmesan over the
Stromboli.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the crust
is deeply browned and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, slice and serve!
