I love bark pretzels at Christmas time. They’re easy to make, just 2 ingredients, but
sometimes I get lazy and I really get annoyed having to dip all those pretzels
when I could be baking something instead!
So this year, I decided just to dump the whole block of
melted bark over the pretzels, stir them and call it a day!
They’re more clumped together (but who only eats 1 bark
pretzel anyway?) and not quite as pretty, but so much faster, it’s totally
worth it! Plus, this method lends itself
to mix-ins! Yum!!
Easy Bark Pretzels
1 (24 oz) block almond bark, melted
8 cups mini pretzels
1 cup peanuts (optional)
1 cup chocolate chips
Christmas sprinkles
Line 2 baking sheets with waxed paper or silicone mats.
Place the pretzels and peanuts (if using) in a large
bowl. Pour the bark over the pretzels
and stir to coat. Stir in the chocolate
chips. Pour the pretzel mixture onto the
prepared trays, spreading the pretzels out as much as possible. Sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.
Allow the bark to cool a bit, then break into smaller
clusters. Cool completely, then store in
an airtight container.
