I love my iced coffee, especially during
the summer months.
This recipe takes my favorite iced coffee to a whole ‘nother
amazing boozy level!
There’s Guinness, coffee, cream, and a shot of Irish
Whiskey! It’s almost like a float and it
goes down oh so smoothly.
Between these and Mimosa Floats, Sunday
brunch is all set!
Recipe Notes:
*To make strong
coffee, either use the cold brew method or a dark roast (pictured),
such as espresso or French Roast brewed in the coffee pot.
*To make simple
syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar in a small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until the sugar is
completely dissolved. Cool before
using. Store leftovers in a sealed
container in the refrigerator.
