Welcome #TripleSBites Day 2!
Today’s amazing recipe uses
yesterday’s leftovers sandwich style and add a nice pop of Spicy Mayo from Intensity Academy .
The result is a spicy,
tender, slightly crisp sandwich that I dare you to keep your hands off! This is man food at it’s best!
Spicy Baked Roast Beef Sandwiches
8 whole wheat buns, split or
16 Homemade Slider Buns
8 slices swiss or cheddar
cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp leftover sauce from Herb Crusted Cherry Chipotle Pot Roast (or Not Ketchup Cherry Chipotle Dipping Sauce)
1 ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp dried minced onions
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden
Lightly Dried Parsley
Preheat the oven to 350
degrees F
Spread the mayo generously on
the insides of both halves of the buns.
Top with the roast beef slices and cheese. Place the tops on the buns.
Stir together the remaining
ingredients and generously spread over the tops of the sandwiches. Let the sandwiches rest for 5-10 minutes to
allow some of the sauce to soak into the buns.
Bake in the preheated oven
for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are browned.
