Mini Tortellini Skewers are
another one of those perfect game time foods.
They come together in a flash, don’t need to be heated, and are small
and portable!
Recipe Notes:
*Salami sticks are typically found in the deli, near the
fancy cheeses.
*To save on time, I bought mozzarella cheese sticks (string
cheese) and cut them into 1-inch chunks with cooking shears.
Mini Tortellini Skewers
1 (20 oz) package cheese
tortellini, cooked to al dente, drained, and cooled
1 (8 oz) black pepper salami,
cut into chunks
1 (8 oz) package mozzarella
cheese, cut in chunks
1 (10 oz) jar pimento stuffed
green olives
Toothpicks
Basil Pesto, for dipping
Thread the tortellini, salami,
cheese, and olives onto toothpicks.
Place on a large serving tray.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with basil pesto or marinara for
dipping.
